Our Story
Welcome! We are Lilac City Love Notes – the Inland Northwest’s PREMIER Audio Video Guestbook Rental Company. We are the first of our kind in our area, and we can’t wait to show you what we’ve been putting together! My name is Jessica Ridgeway and my husband’s name is Matt Steigers, and we are Lilac City Love Notes. Let me tell you how we got here… I have a long-standing career in the catering and event industry, starting over 20 years ago in Sacramento, California. The last 10 of those years have been spent building and operating Le Catering Co as the Director of Catering locally in Spokane, WA. Matt has been an engineer in the A/V industry for 20+ years locally and has an extensive background in the technology field.
While planning our wedding several years ago, we stumbled upon the exciting new option of an audio guestbook. Like many couples, we wanted to do something that set our wedding apart from the ordinary and we were excited to move forward with it but realized that there were not any local options!
It didn’t end up working out for us at the time, but we have often thought about it. Fast forward a few years, and here we are, and we are ready to fill the void in the marketplace. We are going to do it with the flair and attention to detail that I am known for in my catering career and personal life. Matt is going to work hard to make sure that we have the best products and technical support to ensure these moments are captured and able to be cherished by our clients forever.
Lilac City Love Notes is not your ordinary audio guestbook rental company. We are a full-service audio and video guestbook rental company that will be there from start to finish. We are taking the next step beyond the rental of a phone and are sure to impress your guests with the included setups with each package. We deliver, we pick up, we edit the audio and video, but most importantly we put LOVE into everything we do! There are no basic packages here, and there are no basic designs. Lilac City Love Notes is here to take a timeless tradition and put a modern twist on it.
